How does it work?

You set up an internal sales or employee motivational competition.

The top performers attend a Formula 101 racing event and race solo, against the clock, during three lapping sessions. The third lapping session is timed and the fastest two racers get to compete head-to-head for the Winners Trophy.

There is plenty of time in between lapping sessions to network and get to know each other better. So it’s both an exciting racing event and employee motivational competition rolled into one.

 

It’s easy, safe, and fun!

You arrive with your employees, or other guests, and spend the day having fun racing. It’s that easy, because we handle all the details.

The race circuits are set up in large open areas. The two tracks are clearly marked, with plenty of run-off area. While we do require that all participants and spectators sign a motorsport waiver, we have shared the Formula 101 driving experience with over 10,000 participants to date and have enjoyed a flawless safety record.
